Achieve annual sales objectives with annual budget.
Manage all business functions within a set of assigned accounts under current Cadbury Adams guidelines and policies.
Develop strategic relationships with assigned accounts.
Adapt national business plans & goals to drive desired results in assigned accounts.
Identify, report, and develop incremental business opportunities in the territory.
Build and execute annual account / territory plans based on company guidelines.
Track and report competitive activity.
Maintain TRACC database with up to the minute information on assigned accounts.
Complete all account administrative responsibilities.
Manage TPF according to company guidelines.
Reports to Manager, Regional Sales.
Interfaces with Customer Marketing Mgr, Retail Channel Manager, Customer Service and other functions as needed.
Achieving annual volume and business plans.
Direct and Indirect Shipment Volume.
KPI (share, distribution, consumption) measured through syndicated data.
Special Pack Forecast accuracy.
Profitability of the sales territory.
Increase overall performance ratings.
- Experience - Min. 3 years sales experience
- Volume Responsibility - Experience managing over $3 MM Sales
- Leadership - Ability to be an every day leader amongst the team
- Budget management and forecasting ability
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Syndicated data, ability to become proficient in CA business tools
- Education - BA/ BS
- Travel Required - 40%+
