So where might you fit in?

We’re looking for a few exceptional graduates to be a part of our Financial Leadership Development Program.   Finance is a key function in our business, providing sound business partnering and analysis to help managers make the right business decisions. We are looking for people who, like us, believe strong values and good business go hand in hand. We value candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit, energy and drive, along with a strong track record of sound judgment. In return, as an FLDP Analyst you can expect real responsibilities and opportunities from day one and a development program tailored for you.

How does our Finance Leadership Development Program work?

Our FLDP Program provides you with an opportunity to quickly develop skills and assume a leadership position early in your career. It is designed to develop you into a finance manager at an accelerated pace providing you with increasingly senior and challenging roles. You will start in Cadbury’s North American business, which is based in Parsippany, New Jersey, but with over 100 locations around the world. There really are no limits as to where your career can go.

• The program will move you around the business every 12 months for a total of 3 years, giving you the chance to work in real roles in 3 different areas over the course of the program. Examples of possible rotations include: Marketing Finance, Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Procurement Finance, Financial Planning, and Category Strategy.

• During the program, you will develop functional skills and experiences through a range of on-going training opportunities.   Core skill training may include time management, presentation skills and negotiating. We also provide key functional training in commercial and finance through global programs, forums and conferences.

• You will work with your line manager to create an individually-tailored learning and development plan which will build on your strengths and set out your key development goals for the year. We want to make sure you have the training and development that truly maximizes your potential.

As part of the program, you will be assigned a formal mentor from our Finance Leadership Team who will meet with you on a regular basis and specifically focused on your development. Additionally, you will be matched to a buddy – a more senior participant in the program – who will encourage your onboarding and progress.
