So what's next? Our recruitment process starts with your online application. Please make sure you complete all sections of the form and - because some areas require careful thought - we'd recommend printing it off and preparing your answers before actually submitting them.

Sunday, 15th November 2009 However, please keep checking the website as this date may be adjusted as required. Please note we do recommend that you apply early as we are anticipating high volumes of applications for some roles. If your application meets our initial screening criteria, you will be invited to take some online numerical and verbal tests. If your test scores compare favourably with other candidates and your application form impresses our line managers, you will be invited to a telephone interview. Following a successful telephone interview you will be invited to a face to face interview at one of our sites. Successful candidates for the graduate scheme will then be invited to our final assessment event. (This consists of a two day assessment centre which includes dinner with recent Cadbury graduates and senior managers).
